Collection: Win Son

Win Son is an unpretentious, beloved neighborhood gem that's serving some of the best Taiwanese food in the city. The restaurant was opened in May 2016 after initial funding from Kickstarter, and is owned by Josh Ku and Trigg Brown, who met at a bbq in Bed-Stuy and bonded over Taiwan's creative cuisine. Their sloppy bao and ice cream sando are spiritual experiences, and no visit is complete without a visit to the adjacent bakery serving up mochi donuts that will change your life.
